When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you enter. On our service-upgrade estimate form this includes your name, mobile phone number, email address, project address and town, and — if you choose to provide them — your current service size, reason for inquiry, a description of your project, and your preferred contact method.
Our forms also record basic campaign information, such as a Google click identifier and campaign parameters, when you arrive from an online advertisement. This tells us which advertisement or campaign a request came from.
Information submitted through the estimate form on this website is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree delivers submissions to High Class Electric and may store them in the associated Formspree account so that we can receive and respond to your request.
We may use Google Ads conversion measurement and call tracking on this website in the future to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries. If call tracking is used, the phone number shown on an advertising page may be a forwarding number that connects to our regular business line, and call-related information such as the time, duration and caller area code may be measured. This does not mean the conversation is automatically recorded.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule on-site evaluations, prepare estimates, and provide the services you request. We also use campaign and measurement information to understand how our advertising is performing.
